Privacy policy

What this site is
Anvil Tools is operated by Velloxtech, a software house ("we", "us"), and provides free browser-based tools. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and the tools on it.
Information processed by the tools themselves
Most tools on this site (background remover, PDF merge, image to PDF, QR code generator, password generator, word counter, JSON formatter, Base64 tool, user agent generator, color palette generator, and unit converter) run entirely in your browser. Files and text you enter into these tools are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers.
The temporary email tool works differently: it creates a real, active email inbox using a third-party email service (Guerrilla Mail) so that it can actually receive mail. Messages sent to that inbox pass through that service's infrastructure. Do not send anything sensitive to a temporary inbox, and review that provider's own terms if you want details of how they handle message data.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and API services receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referring page when provided, and timestamps. Operational logs and rate limits help deliver the site, investigate failures, and prevent abuse. Automatic browser analytics and advertising are currently disabled.
Cookies and advertising
Advertising and automatic browser analytics are currently disabled. We use browser session storage for temporary-inbox access and workspace sessions. Earlier versions may have left an anvil_consent_v1 preference in local storage; it does not enable tracking and can be removed by clearing site data. Our cookie policy describes these entries and their purposes.
You can clear site data through your browser settings. Optional advertising and analytics are not enabled. If they are introduced, we will update this policy and implement the applicable consent controls before using them.
If Google advertising is introduced
If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to Anvil Tools and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can control or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also find participating third-party advertising choices at YourAdChoices. These choices do not turn on advertising on this site.
Before enabling Google AdSense, we will identify the active advertising services and their purposes here. Ad serving may send Google and participating advertising providers your IP address, browser and device information, page or ad activity, and advertising identifiers. Those third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process this information to deliver, personalize where permitted, and measure ads, and to detect fraud. Personalized advertising may use activity on this and other sites. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and apps, including the choices Google provides.
For personalized advertising to visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The applicable consent message will identify providers and purposes and explain how to manage or withdraw choices. Other regional requirements will be assessed before launch. There is currently no advertising consent message because advertising is disabled; continued browsing or an old stored preference does not grant future advertising consent.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or serve personalized ads based on activity by users known to be under that age.
Your choices
You can clear your browser's cookies and local storage at any time. For the temporary email tool specifically, closing the tab normally ends that tab's access, although browser session-restore features may restore it until the inbox expires. Provider messages follow Guerrilla Mail retention rules; generating a new address does not guarantee deletion at the provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above identifies the latest published revision. Where a change requires a new consent choice, continuing to browse does not replace that choice.

Questions about this policy can be sent to info@velloxtech.com.
Contact requests and email
When you submit our contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message, and the related email delivery records in our Supabase database. Authorized administrators use these records to respond. Our SMTP provider processes the alert sent to faizan@velloxtech.com, your receipt, and replies. Contact details are used for support, not added to a marketing list. We use hashed IP and email rate-limit identifiers to limit form abuse.
To request access to or deletion of a support conversation, email info@velloxtech.com. Mailbox copies are separate from the website database.
Workspace accounts and temporary mail
Supabase verifies workspace passwords and access tokens. Authorized administrators create team accounts directly. The website stores the admin access token in tab session storage until its expiry; signing out clears it. Necessary session storage is separate from optional analytics and advertising preferences.
Temporary inbox credentials are stored server-side until expiry. Guerrilla Mail receives the inbox messages and, where required by its API, the client IP address and browser user agent. Inbox creation is limited by a hashed IP identifier: people sharing a network may share a quota. Never use these addresses for financial, medical, or other sensitive correspondence.
Local processing and network requests
Processing input locally means the tool operates on your text or file in your browser. Fonts and the PDF and QR libraries are served by this website. Background removal downloads its processing code from jsDelivr when you choose an image; its model files are served by this website. These asset requests share ordinary connection information, including your IP address, with the servers delivering them. Your selected image is processed in the browser and is not sent to jsDelivr or our API. See jsDelivr’s privacy policy. Local processing does not mean that visiting a page makes no network requests.
Optional usage measurement
Automatic browser analytics and advertising are currently disabled. The backend supports tool-view events that identify a tool without including its input text or files. Any preference saved by an earlier version does not enable tracking. The API uses a hashed client-address identifier to limit repeated requests. The earlier optional preference interface has been removed while these services are disabled.
Managing browser data
There are currently no optional advertising or analytics settings to manage. Clearing site data removes locally saved preferences and may end access to a workspace session. Closing a page or clearing browser data does not delete messages held by an email provider, support records in the database, or copies already delivered to a mailbox.
Support records and deletion requests
Support conversations can include the information you submit, administrator replies, delivery status, and operational records. Avoid attaching passwords, live access tokens, or private documents to a support request. If a small example is needed, replace personal information with sample values.
Contact info@velloxtech.com to ask about your support records or request deletion. Include enough information to locate the conversation. Verification may be needed before sharing or removing records. Provider-held messages and mailbox copies are separate from the site database; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion schedule for every service.
Questions about this policy
Do the tools require advertising or analytics?
No. The tools work without optional advertising or analytics. Necessary session storage supports workspace access and the temporary inbox.
Does the site keep a history of my converted files?
The browser tools do not provide a server-side file history. Save outputs you need before closing the page. Temporary email and support conversations follow the separate processing described above.
